We rented an apartment with lake views. When we got there and went inside the bathroom was full of mold with a black bathtub. (See photos here) When we told the owners about it and asked why they sent us photos of a completely different bathroom, they told us that the photo they sent me was that of the old bathroom without mold! When I said that was misleading and we want our money back, they said that they would have charge us for the first night. We told them even that I was pregnant and my husband had asthma but they didn’t budge. It wasn’t till we went back to the reception and discussed in front of other customers to show them the photos of the terrible black mold that they budged and gave us our money back. We then had to go and scramble to find another place to stay for the night which was difficult because it was so last minute and it was a weekend and most places were fully booked up. Stay away from this fraud of a place!

Estuve 1 semana hospedada en este lugar desde el 09/06/25 al 15/06/25. El lugar es increíble lo recomiendo 100% y lo volvería a elegir, ya se lo recomendé a todos mis conocidos. La atención del personal impecable y super amables siempre estuvieron pendientes y atentos. Las habitaciones super calentitas y super cómodas. Lo mejor de todo su ubicación a solo 9 minutos del centro y su vista desde todas sus habitaciones es mágica. Está sobre el lago y cuenta con una playa privada asadores y un roof divino hasta juegos para niños. La verdad que 10/10 aquí adjunto fotos desde las habitaciones

5 pour le rapport qualité /prix et Deriere ses apparences d’une structure simple , il ne manque qu’un investissement dans la deco et la construction , quelques détails pour en faire un hôtel 4* car la vue est juste unique , les chambres spacieuses et très confortables . Tout y est fonctionnel et l attention du personnel ( peu nombreux) est formidable. Cet hôtel est un petit bijou qui réunit tous les ingrédients pour vous faire passer des vacances inoubliables dans un endroit qui est unique au monde . On sent beaucoup d’amour dans cet hôtel et on s’y sent très bien. Possibilité d’avoir des conseils pour les activités à faire , rien n’y manque même pas la possibilité d un magnifique massage par une excellente thérapeute qui offre aussi des cours de yogas ou dé méditation, Priscila . Dans un leu aussi paradisiaque c’est vraiment un luxe incroyable et je reviens sans hésiter pour y passer les fêtes de fin d année ! . Robin et Bianca vous reçoivent avec le sourire et sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients afin qu ils ne manquent de rien . INOUBLIABLE

La estadía es excelente, la limpieza y la predisponían del personal, se quedan hasta las 23hs esperándote en caso de que tu vuelo se retrase, limpian constantemente y las habitaciones están preparadas para el clima. La ducha es excelente también y la cocina está totalmente equipada, mucho confort!

Monoambiente agradable, comodo para 2 personas, completo ( tener en cuenta que la cocina es electrica y no apta para quienes pretendan cocinar en el mismo, consejo: de vacaciones salir a comer a los muchos y buenos restaurantes y otras tantas muy buenas opciones que nos brinda Bariloche ) vista unica con ventanal frente al lago, muy bien calefaccionado, si te satura el calor solo tenes que habrir alguna de las dos ventanitas laterales pequeñas que tiene el ventanal y regulas la temperatura a tu gusto o necesidad. Muy buena atencion del personal a cargo. Muy buena opcion para una agradable estadia en pareja. Destaco la vista al frente del lago Nahuel Huapi rodeado de hermosas montañas propias de tan bello, maravilloso y encantado lugar...
