Muy buena relación precio - calidad. Gastronomía mediocre (desayuno bueno). Atención muy buena y atenta. Habitaciones muy cómodas (no tanto el baño). El enclave es hermoso si bien algo aislado del lago y un poco lejano de todo (si no se va en auto).

Estuvimos alojados durante 10 días en este hermoso lugar, alejado de Bariloche, pero con unas vistas y tranquilidad maravillosa. Nos tocó la habitación 307: amplia, cómoda, con dos ventanas importantes que nos permitian ver Puerto Pañuelo y el Tronador, por un lado, y el bosque hacia el otro. El salón para desayunar, también usado para el restaurante, es muy amplia, hermosamente decorado y con unas vistas maravillosas. El desayuno es bufett, muy completo y con una constante reposición. El edificio es antiguo, edificación tipica de la zona, perfectamente mantenido, impecable. La pileta hermosa y aunque el agua es fria la pudimos aprovechar también, asi como el bello y cuidado parque. Muy felices con nuestra elección. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Hotel tradicional con cómodas habitaciones, hermosas vistas, parque cuidado, piscina de agua fría y restaurante con una variada carta. Está ubicado en una de las mejores zonas, en el circuito chico y junto a Puerto Pañuelo. Nuestra habitación era amplia, con vista al lago Nahuel Huapi, a los cerros López y Tronador, entre otros. Muy buena relación calidad y precio. Desayuno buffet. Se reponían los alimentos con bastante rapidez, a pesar que se agolpaba bastante gente en algunos momentos (Nos alojamos en Enero 23) Muy buena atención. Quizás haría falta otro ascensor en temporada alta. Lo recomiendo.

Un Hotel de otro nivel. Super pintoresco, bien mantenido, muy bien atendido y ubicado en una zona privilegiada con unas vistas hermosas. Realmente supera todo tipo de expectativas. La atención es increíble, los mozos son muy atentos y siempre bien predispuestos. Definitivamente volveremos. Un placer!

Estamos siendo estafados. Llegamos hoy 19 de marzo de 2022 por la tarde quisimos recorrer el hotel para ver las vistas y los sectores estaban y están cerrados por el festejo de un cumpleaños de 15. Me vine a relajar a las afueras de la ciudad y ahora voy a tener q escuchar música al palo hasta las 4 de la mañana. No tendría problema si supiese de antemano que iba a ser así y hubiese accedido pero NO SON GENTE SERIA Y NADIE ADVIRTIÓ NADA NI HUBO NOTIFICACIÓN ALGUNA. llamé recién a la recepción y me dijeron que no pueden hacer nada y que si quiero puedo hacer el reclamo mañana por la mañana. Ni siquiera pidiendo disculpas y no representando al hotel en el q trabajan. Si subo video del ruido

Estuve 7 dias.El hotel es pintoresco, una construccion antigua y hermosa.La vista del restaurante y desayunador es única, incomparable y corta el.alienro.Me pasó que los pequeños detalles que surgieron a resolver los solucionaron inmediatamente y con amabilidad.Comida rica.Personal.atento y voluntarioso.Pileta hermosa. buenisima relación precio calidad.Ubicado en.hermoso lugar.RECOMENDADO

Muy recomendable, muy buena relación precio calidad, hermosa vista y abundante desayuno con vista al lago, el restaurante es muy lindo y con precios razonables. Tengan en cuenta que está ubicado a 25 kilómetros del centro, pero pasa el colectivo por la puerta.
