This B&B has not yet been completed, so there is nothing you need. The owner is also responsible for the front desk, cleaning, and linen washing. There is no air conditioning, floor heating, or TV. The bedding is the worst I have ever stayed in a hotel. The pillows and quilts are all made of polyester and are not breathable at all, not even as good as black cotton. I guess the boss bought the cheapest one on pdd. The bedding was very wrinkled. It must have been washed and dried manually by the boss. The door has no lock and the security factor is poor.
