I was in Italy for a wedding and my cloths were to be ironed.
I asked her for an Iron and guess what, she just took my clothes and ironed them.

Owner promised parking on premises then changed when we got there. The room was on top floor with only access from the roof. No bed sheets or pillows shower not working properly, we were supposed to stay for 4 weeks left after 4 days paid more than originally quote on a different card. Then I received a fraudulent charge on the initial card for the entire stay that I never authorized. Which I disputed and had reversed. From his actions the owner is dishonest and unprofessional.

Ottima posizione, per chi vuole visitare la città di barletta senza bisogno di spostarsi in auto, facilmente raggiungibile anche dalla stazione, titolare super disponibile e simpaticissimo!! Lo consiglio anche per lunghi soggiorni. Pulizia top!!

8 settembre 2022 MAI PIÙ - STARE ALLA LARGA DA QUESTI FURBETTI Dispiace ma non ci tornerò più. Proprietario che è convinto di prendere in giro il prossimo ma invece si rivela per quello che è: imbroglione. Niente parcheggio( ho parcheggiato al porto ).NIENTE COLAZIONE perchè ha detto che il bar era in ferie. ( abbiamo fatto colazione al bar di fronte la struttura pagando se za problemi ) e a fine soggiorno gli ho chiesto se mi poteva rimborsare i due scontrini. Ha fatto finta di non sentire dicendo che ci aveva dato una camera di livello superiore. Niente bidet, TV che prendeva a malapena 4 canali fino a un certo orario, poi il segnale spariva. Confusione indicibile fino all'una di notte per via dei pub sotto e di fronte la struttura. La cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio e che crede di essere furbo ma invece è un imbroglione. Nessuna fattura o scontrino. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente. Strutture pseudo alberghiere come queste devono fallire. MI DISPIACE DI NON AVER LETTO BENE LE RECENSIONI PRIMA DI PRENOTARE.

Wow sorpresa davvero gradevole una dimora del XII secolo arredata con gusto gestori super gentili camere super pulite hanno coccolato noi dal nostro arrivo alla nostra partenza ci hanno dato tutte informazioni che volevamo ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro bellissimo locale omonimo irish pub saint patrick dove si passano delle serate bellissime lo consigliamo a tutti!!!!!!!
