There is no lift its an old place but quaint the owner is a nice helpful. I had young noisy up stairs guests that screamed at 3 am and didn't have any respect for others until I told them off. I told the owner he had a word with them too. I stayed in the second lot of units nearer to the cathedral and castle . Great spot.

Very nice rooms, host very attentive, a wonderful place to stay, large rooms with view, centrally located in old town, balconies where you can enjoy the athmosphere. We stayed there two nights, possibility for styring bicycles. Highly remcommandable

We booked with a Smart box and the manager asked us in addition to 10 euros per person not included in the package. He didn't even give us a receipt. There was no bidet in the bathroom and the shower was in the room. I do not recommend it and I would not go there again. The pillows were mushy, the pre-war linens, the sandpaper shower towels. Really bad experience. The only positive note is the breakfast at the bar.

Location chosen thanks to a smart box package proved to be an excellent solution. Kindness and availability, cleanliness and elegance characterize the whole service. We stayed in this b & b thanks to a Smartbox package (with the addition of an extra sum given the high season), at check-in the manager welcomed us in a very friendly way and accompanied us to the room, located not far from the headquarters but still very central. Clean rooms although we would have preferred towels changed at least once during the 3 day stay. However it was a great experience and the 50's themed room very nice.

The double bed was broken down! Not to say, just smashed in the center. It had two elevations on the sides and a large central ditch, it was impossible to sleep in it! Luck wanted that there were two bunk beds next to it so we were able to rest on those beds !! Obviously goodbye romantic holiday !! The room was cold, the air conditioner didn't work properly. The hot air came out hardly at all, despite the setting on 30 degrees. The cold and smelly bathroom !! Really a pity.
