Middle Eau Claire offers trophy fishing, recreation, and water clarity that is second to none. The house offers an open concept floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and great for two families. Enjoy family game nights in the ping pong room, coffee in the porch over looking the lake, al fresco dining, and fishing off the two docks! The shoreline has a hard sand bottom that offers great swimming for all ages! There is a nicely landscaped walk-way to the water's edge, where you will find sitting areas and fire pit. The house offers two primary bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with ensuite bathrooms. There is another bedroom with queen and twin bunk bed and a den with two XL twin beds with a full bathroom conveniently located between them. There is also a pull out couch in the large living room with size double mattress(fine for kids), a queen air mattress and crib. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms.Barrel Sauna overlooking the wetland! Docks with seating and stairs for easy swimming, fishing, and boating. Sandy beach area.
