After a train strike scuppered our travel plans to London we decided upon a hotel not far from Brent Cross underground station, which was an easy drive from the bottom of the M1. The hotel was a converted house and included free parking on the front of the hotel although there was only space for two cars. For an extremely reasonable price (for London) of £205 for two nights (cheaper to book direct than through a third party) we had a basic but very clean and well appointed room. It boasted a comfortable bed and excellent shower and TV. Would stay again as only a 5 minute walk from the tube which was then only 20-25 minutes journey to Leicester Square/ Covent Garden/Westminster.

Rather shabby hotel area 10min from the metro. The owner disposed of me in one minute at check in, not even having time to ask a question. Cleaning never done during the stay. Very small room. I wouldn't choose it again
