Vila Gale Alagoas

Food was excellent, and overcame the expectations. The venue was well prepared but a little bit noisy due to a food extractor located next to the building. It could be a good idea to play some local music. Service was great from the beginning to the end but we would like to highlight Vinicius service. He was servicial, polite and friendly. Always paying attention to detail. Thank you staff from Vila Galé.

I really liked leaving my room at night and going to the pool area to listen to some of my songs. The view was braw and the wind brought me peace. The rooms were nice too, I shared mine with my grandparents, there was plenty space for us all, thankfully. I just wish the internet connection could be a wee bit better, but I know it’s not that simple, so nae bother. Cool place.

Our travel was lovely throughout. The facilities, food, location, cleanliness and general aura of the place is second to none. All of the staff are extremely helpful and there isn’t anything that they won’t do if they can (even accommodating my lack of Portuguese). I cannot say that I have seen a family of staff work together so hard to upkeep the excellent standard of this complex- everyone works around the clock to maintain this place and ensure you have the best time with your loved ones. Also Denis is a great representation of the company and a great photographer if the complex photographer isn’t available. The food is exquisite with both regional, oriental and world cuisine available- foods such a tapioca, pasta and obviously Brazilian BBQ are cooked fresh as you would like it. The housekeepers are excellent and for when you want to get out to the pool early in a rush you come back to a bedroom that looks like the first time you stepped in there. We bumped in them a couple of times and they were bubbly friendly souls. The effort they make with the entertainment from the pool activities, DJs, pianist etc are the small touches that make hell of a difference to an experience. Overall we cannot thank Vila Galé enough for our experience it was truly amazing and a great way to finalise our trip to Brazil 🇧🇷 from the UK 🇬🇧. We will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful experience at Vila Gake Alagoas! From the reception all the way to the checkout all services have been provided with diligence and care by the various teams. I wanted to highlight a special thank you to the following individuals and staff that made ou experience a remarkable one: 1. Staff at restaurant Inevitável : Nina and Jane! 2. Various members of staff at the restaurant Versátil : - Adriana, waffles and pancakes! - Franciele, steaks and proteins! - All the ones from Pastry team who made the desserts so impressive! (Confeitaria) - Bakery team with sourdough Breads! - Ziza, impeccable coordination! - Ray, our favorite and extremely dedicated attendant/waitress. 3. Bruna from the Front Desk/Reception: highly effective with a unforgettable smile :-)) 4. Adan, the electrical engineer always ready for an expedite maintenance call. 5. Satsanga Spa staff, in particular Rose and Izabella for the marvelous hands and massage treatments for me and my wife. 6. Guitar player for the entertainment session held during the evening of Dec 25! Contagious !
