I feel cheated in this hotel. I have had a bad experience. I can highlight its location, in an excellent neighborhood of the city and some hotel employees who were friendly. Its facilities are comfortable although maintenance is lacking. Be very careful, next to the pool there is a company that promotes tourist packages, through deception and hiding behind the name of the hotel, they want to sell you travel plans. They achieved their goal, my credit card information. My trip to Barranquilla was last month and already in the month of July without my authorization they debited me USD100. I have communicated and asked for explanations, they do not respond, no one gives a reason. I have to cancel my card, who is responsible for the money? Is the hotel part of the deception? Do they do it without your authorization? I don't know, but it is very bad that a hotel allows this type of deception to passengers within its own facilities. Be careful, they can scam you like it happened to me. I will not come back

They stole $32,000 from us. It's one of those hotels where at reception they ask for money, they say they'll give you the change and then they say they've already delivered it. Apart from being very unclean, they are thieves. Be careful. Cheap is expensive.

There were 2 parties on the same Saturday night, too much noise and they left me without parking because they gave priority to those at the parties, I had to leave the car somewhere else. The only good thing was breakfast.

If you want something with the 3B (good, nice and cheap) This is the place, the atmosphere is very cool, it includes a very good buffet breakfast in fact and the staff is very friendly. Clean room, with a good view and an excellent location because it is close to everything. 👌🏼
