I made a booking trough this app for this hotel and when my parents turn up to the hotel oh surprise, there was no booking for them. They took my money and didn't have a reservation, even though I received an email with the “confirmation “ of the reservation. To top it off the hotel is terrible and nothin g like the pictures… the customer service lacks attention and diligence.

1. The room's Wi-Fi signal was very weak; I couldn't connect at all for the first two days. Cellphone signal was also poor.
2. The air conditioner remote broke twice. I couldn't turn it on at noon, and after calling the front desk, I waited half an hour for someone to come. They even called a repairman directly, who replaced the remote, but it still didn't work in the evening.
3. The room was very strange; it felt very damp. The blankets and pillows were all damp.
4. The bath towels and hand towels were yellowish, and the pillows and blankets also had a yellowish tinge, making it feel unclean.
5. The front desk staff weren't very fluent in English. After I paid for the room through the platform, they swiped my card again, but I couldn't explain clearly in English. When I asked to swipe my card, they said it was open credit, and then claimed they had charged me money. Later, they called to say they had mistakenly charged me and refunded the money.
6. The staff were very enthusiastic, but everything felt lacking, especially the poor Wi-Fi, which was a major concern for business travelers. I had to go to the lobby to send emails.

Because it is on the beach, the room feels a bit musty. It is average, similar to a domestic budget hotel, but there is a bar on the roof, which is quite interesting and is relatively close to the client's company.

Everything is very neat, the breakfast is ok, more teamwork is needed so that all the staff have the same information, or that they have information. Some know and others don't. There was no TV signal. There was no safe deposit box, which is super important to me. There are better hotels in Barranquilla for a lower price.
