The gourmet kitchen, with high end stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, is fully stocked and there is seating for 10 with the dining room table and breakfast bar. After a long day of skiing or exploring the Roaring Fork Valley, star gaze while soaking in the hot tub, relax on the back patio or enjoy game night near the fire. The Primary bedroom suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, gorgeous mountain views and a private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi bathtub and steam shower. This spacious second bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom is furnished with double. The lower-level bedrooms can be accessed by a private entrance. One is furnished with a set of twin beds and the other with a double bed, love seat and a kitchenette. IMPORTANT TO NOTE THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited.  Disregarding this Rule may result in a fine. Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 14 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). A 4WD OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS due to unpaved mountain roads. Limit of 1 car in the garage and a maximum of 4 vehicles permitted at the property at any time.  The upstairs master bedroom balcony door is not operational at this time. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage.
