國慶期間，帶着72歲的母親圓夢西藏，10月2日途徑八宿縣，母親突然肚子疼，由於母親的腳做過手術，需要找個有馬桶的廁所，附近的公共洗手間都沒有馬桶，着急地找到旁邊的這家“雲上富氧酒店”，希望能得到幫助，借個空房間的馬桶用一下，提出願意付50、100元，哪怕開個鐘點房也可以，並保證不弄臟房間，酒店堅決不同意，一定要付200元開個房間，無奈離開，看着媽媽捂着肚子，被我們攙扶着走出酒店大堂，很是心疼。318上的風景很美，人也應該是善良的，但是“雲上富氧酒店”卻在給這美麗的風景線抹黑，連基本的社會公德都沒有。我為以上的言論負所有法律責任，一個憤怒的女兒！

房間乾淨整潔，提供了一次性馬桶坐墊，毛巾浴巾也都是一次性的，床睡着也很舒適。製氧機是那種大號的，比那種小小的擺在桌子上的製氧機好用多了。酒店提供早餐省去了出去找地方吃飯的麻煩。地暖也挺暖和的，總之很舒適，價格也很合理。靠着318路邊，停車場也挺大。
