As an Indian I prefer only Indian cuisine while travelling and I loved they way food was cooked. So delicious. Esp. Indian cuisine served by Indian Chef and also cares if you enjoy every bite of Indian food filled with Indian aroma and it's mix of spices. The Hotel ambience was so good specially Lobby with a Cocktail bar, We have enjoyed in SPA with nice Jacuzzi. Staff are really very efficient to care about their guest. The Hotel is located at a very Prime Location and managed by Indian people. This is an exceptional hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Bata. The hotel lives up to its prestigious reputation. The food was at his next-level, and the service was fantastic. My room was comfortable, spotless, and opulent, complete with luxurious amenities that you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre. It was exceptional, excellent, and professional. Highly recommended.

Recently I visited to Panafrica, it was the best quality service I have received, The Rooms was so cozy and Food was Awesome, specially Chef Mahi has prepared an Indian dish for me, which was so amazing and tasty, I like overall the services. Housekeeping was also nice around the hotel, Reception people was so informative, Definitely I would like to visit again to Panafrica, If I get an opportunity to visit in Bata.Thank you once again everyone specially Chef Mahi for wonderful Job

Exceptional Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the hospitality was top-notch. The staff made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight, however, was the food—amazing variety and delicious dishes from different cuisines. Overall, everything was excellent, and I can’t wait to return! I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your establishment with friends, and I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. While the ambiance and service were good, I was disappointed to find that the menu did not feature the variety of Indian food and sweets that I was hoping for. As we only dine out once a month, it’s important to us that the meal is both fulfilling and reflective of the rich flavors we love, especially Indian cuisine. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider adding more Indian food options and a selection of traditional sweets to your menu. This would make future visits more enjoyable for us and others who share a similar preference. Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to seeing improvements on our next visit.

A great hotel. Everything is nice , front desk team is excellent. Super fast check in and check out. Hotel has been build so amazingly and all the facilities as awesome. It is our first choice in Bata. It’s was fantastic visit I was come with my friends for a dinner and service was extremely good and Bar served with loved and me and my friends enjoyed very much all service staff and food also good and also we visit again thank u Panafrica.I would always recommend this property.

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel! Large rooms with excellent conditions for working, bed with a comfortable mattress as well as a set of pillows Bathroom with excellent shower and excellent quality towels. The staff is competent and warm!

The room is nice, comfortable, and equipped. The bathroom has a great lightning, is well-equipped too, large shower. The view to the pool and the ocean from the room is amazing. Also, good restaurant with both Menu à la carte and buffet options with daily variety of meals.

Great service, wonderful restaurants. We rented one of their apartments. The kitchen was missing utensils, and the washing machine kept leaking. The bathroom needs updating, as the step in tub was slippery (even with the bath mat) and dangerous. Other than the above? We enjoyed our stay.
