We enjoyed our stay so much that we will come back again if we were to visit batam again! Just a little bit of downside is that we can still hear little voices from other room.

Clean room and toilet.
Water pressure is good. Air-conditioning is okay but at night is abit stuffy. Air-con seems to be controlled but still acceptable..
Bed is comfy and there is 2 pillows. Cons is that
grabfood driver is not allowed to enter. They have to park at the guard house and walk in or we have to walk out..hope they can allow them to come in nearer to the main entrance.
Will stay here again.

Service staff was excellent! Only the location is not that great. You have to jay walk to the nearest convenience store and although the nearest mall is less the. 2km away, it is not fit for walking

Check in process was a breeze. Room and breakfast spread is good. Shuttle service also helps. Strategic location.

Great service as expected, with great patience from the concierge and other service crew. Lovely place to stay in, located close to batam centre, malls and other cafes/restaurants.

The hotel is superb! New and clean though a bit out of town. But with cheap car rate from Grab and Gojek, it's easy to access everywhere in Batam. Didn't have time to enjoy the hotel's facilities like the swimming pool and gym.

I had a very pleasant stay at this establishment. The service staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. A particular highlight was the security personnel, who went out of their way to stop traffic on the main road, ensuring we crossed safely during heavy rain.
I highly recommend staying here, especially if you don’t mind the location; Grab cars are readily available for convenience

Very creative decoration in the room for important events celebration. Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back again for next Batam trip!
