Love the place. Although it was at a new area, the place still has the relaxing vibe. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the rooms that I had booked had a leaking and was then shifted to a new room in less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing fancy but still fulfilling. The view from my room wasn’t that bad at all

Location is very bad for this outlet as the area still under construction and a bit far to Nagoya Hill etc. Even is considered as new hotel but the cleanliness and amenities are not so fantastic.
Spa & massages a bit pricey. The breakfast is just good to fill up your stomach.
Accidentally broke the hand soap bottle (had a cracked line and not soap inside when we first used) and asked to pay IDR250000.
Overall, good for budget travellers. Not recommend for leisure travellers. Services are considered quite poor.

Would recommend the hotel to have better ventilation in the deluxe room. Bathtub was dirty not hygienic to use.

Impressed with their service and always is very quick to attend.. breakfast to hve better variety. They provide spa and as well shuttle service to malls which is very accommodative.. staff also do deco for birthday event..
