Nagoya Lubuk Baja Kota Hotels

We booked a family room, but the room looks different from the website. It has no desk or table for make up. The photo in the website showed it has a coffee table and 2 chairs but we do not have it. Only one chair that’s tucked at the end of a TV console. The room looks way smaller too. There’s no hand soap in the washroom so we have to use the shower gel whenever we washed our hands. We requested for extra pillows but were only given one. There are 3 of us and we were given only 3 pillows initially. The room smells a bit when we first entered and the aircon takes a while to cool the room. But the staff are friendly and helpful and there’s a very nice cafe next to the hotel which served very delicious food. I would highly recommend this cafe or eatery.

Hotel is located just infront of Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, walk fm back gate will reach within 3 mins. Breakfast was nice but 2 days served the same food. Shall hv change the menu, if not guess stay more than 2 days will find the food boring. Hotel massage n spa was good, me n friend enjoy it. Price same as others. Room was clean n TV got netflix. The only bad thing is the room we got no view… as our room on 3rd floor can see the 2 floor latch right infront of our window. Overall still give 5*

Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. Room doors could be soundproofed better as morning prayers from nearby mosque and other guests talking in the open hallway were disruptive late at night and early morning.

1st time here with wife due to TikTok ads abt this hotel. Check in was fast, was given mid floor. Room corridor was humid, stuffy & very loud music. (even can hear when we closed our door), room is spacious. Tv has many local channels & SG channels. King bed is huge n comfy. Toilet has bidet n water pressure is good, there is a mini fridge. Aircon is cool fast, the view not so much( city view with lots of constructions works), breakfast was So-So.( came at 8.45am & 80% of foods & beverage is out.. & didnt topup, the bread corner is stale & hard) foods taste bland, not much of local delicacies. Meats( chicken, beef n even fish) are dry & hard. Breakfast restaurant has many service staffs but only a few females staffs are attentives & the rest mostly hang around doing nothing & talking at the bar station. I even ordered room service on 1st night, foods are ok but the chicken tasted abit weird as i got sick after eating it.🤢🤮 ( nausea, diarrhoea & vomitted 3x) but luckily i hv all the medications. Nearby hotel hv many good affordable local foods which is far more better then the hotel. Some hotel staffs have stucked up attitudes. Which i cant say much🤦🤦. Hotel is near to Nagoya mall. Overall is okok only. Not up to my expectations. Had better experiences on other 3☆ hotel brands.

Hotel is refurbished with a changed name. Not really ready for guest. Beds can feel the springs and unusually low. No shower curtains so wet floors beside door as the bathroom is very small. Door locks don't work properly. Had to go to reception twice and maintenance fixing door locks. Safe is completely broken and not functioning in both rooms. No bathroom racks at shower, only a soap dispenser. After room cleaning, toiletries not replaced. Hand soap bar that was used was thrown aware and as nothing was replaced, we had nothing after that.

The lobby is clean and bright, the room is nice, clean and spacious, the front desk is quite friendly, everything is good, it feels like great value for money, there are many places to eat nearby, and there is also a convenience store which is quite convenient

 I stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall, though the facilities are quite limited—no gym, bar, or lounge. The room itself was comfortable and very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and malls nearby. However, breakfast is served in a public area, which felt a bit off. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests. The only downside was that my room was on level one, which made it a bit noisy in the evening.

Very clean and cosy hotel in a quiet neighbourhood around Nagoya Hills. Street foods all around the place. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable room with good wifi connectivity. Last but not the least, a pocket friendly hotel.

The hotel wasn't cleaned as expected especially the pillowcase, toilet and also the cupboard. The breakfast option was limited, and the staff there didn't replace it ASAP when being empty. When I asked for the help, it took me twice or three times calling until the staff came.

As this is mY FIRST time stay in Aston Nagoya,I chosed the correct room- the suite fr my family n I. Its very advance since first ever no phone in the room. Using Google is a NEW experience yet uncomfortable. Breakfast spread cn be improve to be much better and the capacity layout cramps. Thankyou to 2 trainees Elisya n Aisyah fr the hospitality AND the front desk tht serves us during check in n out ..superb
