"Checking in was a breeze , but the room furnishing alittle bit old and there were spiderweb on top left hand of the bedboard . Overall room was ok , but they needed to reburbish the room as it badly maintained . My honest opinion ."

"The location is great, close to the beach, and the price is right. This time it was a business trip. I chose the apartment for half a day because of its location and cost-effectiveness. It is very fast to get to other places in Batam. The key is that the ferry terminal is next door, which is very convenient to Singapore."

"Small living room. The heater not hot but we are ok with cool water to bathe. We enjoy our night watch Netflix. The apartment has a mall but only 1 cafe and few shops. The area outside has only 1 hotpot available and a cafe. We walk out to the morning bakery about 7min away took a grab back apartment at around 20000 rupiah. We also took a grab car to maha temple for 4of us at idr22000. I can see the mosque that is at the batam center. Better prepare own hair shampoo and conditioner. 2queen and 1 mattress on floor available. Morning can hear the prayers. We also order grab food as we are jus lazy to go out at night. The place is really near city center by grab. Room is clean. No toilet roll and no guardian in mall. High floor with Seaview."

"There is no hot water in the bathroom, no shampoo, no drinking water, no daily cleaning of the room (during a 3 night stay), even though the room is quite comfortable but cleanliness is lacking because the sheets and pillowcases are not changed, and the room is not swept, a lot dust/ash... 🙏"

"5 star for the price and quality. RM52 equal to 159000 rupiah something like that, pay online. Got WiFi although not advertise. Bapak at counter willing to help carry my bag almost 20kgs. Got soap syampoo and disposable toothbrush tv with local channels. The AC brand aqua own by sanyo, pretty slow although full speed fan has been chosen. Took 1 hour to cooled myself. Mattress comfort pillow comfort. I want to upload video but this app can upload photo only."

AAngelynnNew hotel but many rooms for improvement. Pillow case is stained upon check-in. Door lock malfunction on second day and they took quite a long time to fix it, with my room left opened. There’s loud drilling on the second floor due to renovation still ongoing. My baby sneezed many times at the lobby. There’s no hair conditioner. Phone also cannot work to call other rooms, reception and housekeeping. Bathrobe is smelly. Room facing a construction site. Unfortunately both side of the hotel rooms facing construction. Site. Location is quiet though which is good for sleep. Room level is by card access only so better to get same level if you book a few rooms. Car park security guards to ensure safety. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of food. Porridge is good and noodle soup. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

JJia XinWe had great service from the front desk, Sri and stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with our 1 YO toddler. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfy even for our baby.
The kids club was spacious enough for the little one to crawl and have fun. Just a word of caution to parents of crawlers, to perhaps let your LO wear dark coloured clothes, as the friction from crawling might rub off some colours from the soft floor mats. We love the pools as well. Breakfast spread was good, balanced between some western and local food.
Location wise, it is quiet enough and away from the busy roads, but still very accessible via grab/taxis. Service was also great throughout our stay. We will be back!

AAweJanStaff: Very helpful and attentive. Asked for iron and ironing board, and they send it to the room right away.
Breakfast: Good normal breakfast. The nasgor is delicious and the egg staff did a very good job.
Room: For room 8115, please check the floor trap in the shower area, it is blocked, water flowing very slowly and it's not comfortable to shower with the stagnant water. There's a buzzing sound at the plug socket for the fridge so we turned it off because we're afraid something might happen. TV not good reception (but we don't care that much for tv). The floor is also not property cleaned (you can see soil at the back of the room slipper we left behind. Please check this room thoroughly for the convenient of next guests.
For a 1 night stay, it's okay except for the shower situation. Good luck Alltrue Sydney

李李The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok
