Everything’s so far is good But only one thing is the shuttle bus service,is really really very disappointed Wasting people time to wait but in the end shuttle bus din come Only this problem but overall is good

Very spacious room and this newly renovated hotel located very close to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. However the shower is partitioned with just a plastic shower screen causing the soapy water to overflow to other part of the toilet floor.

Resort is really a distance from the town. Had to travel ard 35min on the road and road was busy. Resort is super big thus, we had to take mini van or buggy to our Apartment every time from the lobby or vice versa. Grab food delivery is not allowed. Apartment is spacious but can be better maintained. Overall experience is still considered pleasant.

I love it so much , nvr had an expectations on it. Once’s you reach there just WOWWWW , room nicely deco Good for couple and family.

Everytime i go Batam for long weekend I always stay at KTM resort. Its my 3rd time here. Its very near to Singapore. I love the vibe here. The staffs are friendly and the service is great.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Love the pool. The hotel provided daily free shuttle service once a day at 11am to the Grand Batam Mall. The return transfer is at 3pm. We had a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom villa. Beautiful room with a view of the pool. We stayed in to use the facilities - gym, indoor pool, table tennis, bicycles, there is a Games Room (billiard, table soccer, basketball hoops, darts - all of which are free!). Breakfast menu changes everyday. Good variety. Would definitely love to come back. Next time for a longer stay.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The villa rooms was great. It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms was very clean with full toiletries. The two huge crystal chandeliers in the lobby was impressive. Chinese New year decorations was very apt and beautiful. Breakfast spread was first class. This is definitely a go to hotel in Batam as it was strategically location in the heart of the city.

I don't even know how to begin... overall, the service staff were very friendly. We knew the hotel was old so we were expecting the worst but got a newly renovated room instead and that was nice. But the renovation felt incomplete with a number of issues / poorly done, and weird things like a very very rusty shower soap rack (because it's clearly newly renovated, why is it rusty???). Amenities wise there's a hair dryer, 2 bottles and complimentary coffee and tea packets. Nothing in minibar. Room was spacious, but the safe was spoilt and way too small (barely can keep iPad level small). There's only one door lock and no extra chain lock on the door. I mean I didn't feel unsafe unsafe but at the same time I knew it was not really safe. The water turned a bit brown for about 3 minutes the first night (we suspect rust?) but didn't appear any more after. Drainage was okay but can be improved. Towels were stained and bedsheets not pristine. It's beside a school, so expect some noise if your staying in the morning on weekdays. There was also an air freshener in the room that went off every hour (literally every hour throughout the night) but I'm pretty 100% sure there was nothing in the air freshener. The weirdest part was the outside of the hotel - not the hotel property itself but the road leading up to it. It seemed completely abandoned and like it could collapse anytime. Overall - would not stay again but if no other choice, can make do. Paid about $160 for 3 nights.
