Spa Hotels in Batam

We booked a triple room for ourselves. The room is spacious and has a balcony too. We were allocated a room on the 9th floor which gives us a good view of Batam city. It would be better to get a room on a higher level as the noise from the vehicles passing by the main road can be disturbing at night. The swimming pool, gym, sauna room and steam bath room are also great for relaxation. Planet Holiday hotel is located nearby to Nagoya Mall and Grand Batam Mall. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to the malls during Fridays and Saturdays. Traveling around Batam Island is convenient using Grab car service. The breakfast spread is also reasonably good.

I always stayed at Han's Inn Hotel wherever I visited Nagoya,Batam. This hotel recently just completed renovation, added more rooms during construction and new rooms can considered smaller than the old room. When check in, it is advised to check with the receptionist if you want a big space room. Basically, food, shopping within walking distance. The only reason why booked this hotel living like in kampong style and away from city. Overall this hotel is recommended.

Big & clean room with a flat screen TV. Only downside is there are no disposable slippers for the toilet. Location wise, 10/10. Plenty of eateries & convience shops nearby. There are night markets around the area too. For activities, there are go-karts, carnival, water themepark & many more for you to indulge. Overall, it's a good place to stay. We've stayed here for 5 days & overall satisfied with our experience.

Firstly we booked woda studio, which can accommodate an extra bed with charges, we are 3 Adult and 1 child. Receptionist insisted we need to upgrade to 2bedroom villa and ONLY cos there are 4 people, so meaning those with 4 people has to book 2bedroom villa??? And that too during the new year peak period charges, which is really unfair When booking their service eg, floating breakfast and milk bath they insist we pay first for the services. They din provide WiFi slip until we asked them during the night Massage package will expensive Buffet breakfast was very poor, not much choices Nothing complimentary for booking a 2 bedroom villa which was forced to upgrade during peak period season. Very unsatisfactory!!!

The view, the rooms, the service, all are the best! You are taken care of in this resort!! They make everything easy for you, and they are very responsive thru whatsapp. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Kudos to the team!

The hotel towels appear old and worn, with what seems to be white towels now faded to a light brown, and the hems starting to fray. The toilet flush doesn’t work properly, and the bathtub lining has deteriorated, with visible stains in the bathroom. The only plus point is that the front desk staff are friendly. Apart from that, I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again — it’s definitely time for a renovation.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a 2-day, 1-night stay at the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We also loved the nice swimming pool, which was perfect for a relaxing dip. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The staff were polite and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. While there weren't many activities to do around the area, the quiet nights made for a peaceful stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The villa rooms was great. It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.
