Spa Hotels in Batam

Everything’s so far is good But only one thing is the shuttle bus service,is really really very disappointed Wasting people time to wait but in the end shuttle bus din come Only this problem but overall is good

I feel sorry for the staff, having to manage a property that is abandoned by the owner. Granted, this is a budget accommodation. But never had we experienced being provided with a torn towel and bedsheets with holes. When we informed the staff, they did replace them, but it was again shredded towels and bedsheets with holes at different places. The room also reeked of cigarettes although it was a non-smoking room. All of these are none of the staff's fault, they did their best. But what a pity, we won't stay here again.

In email hotel say will give us connected room but didn't do so. My friend sleep in my room n didn't go back to her room, next morning when she go back to her room...the room had smoking smell..she have lock the room but some one have miss u the room..no safe at all.

I love it so much , nvr had an expectations on it. Once’s you reach there just WOWWWW , room nicely deco Good for couple and family.

Everytime i go Batam for long weekend I always stay at KTM resort. Its my 3rd time here. Its very near to Singapore. I love the vibe here. The staffs are friendly and the service is great.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Love the pool. The hotel provided daily free shuttle service once a day at 11am to the Grand Batam Mall. The return transfer is at 3pm. We had a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom villa. Beautiful room with a view of the pool. We stayed in to use the facilities - gym, indoor pool, table tennis, bicycles, there is a Games Room (billiard, table soccer, basketball hoops, darts - all of which are free!). Breakfast menu changes everyday. Good variety. Would definitely love to come back. Next time for a longer stay.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The villa rooms was great. It is clean and we find it very comfortable with a nice sea and pool view but phone is not working and wifi is slow from villa. As for breakfast it is very local. Not much variety. So many things to do in the resort. The beach was dirty so we didn't swim. Please clean the beach shore.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms was very clean with full toiletries. The two huge crystal chandeliers in the lobby was impressive. Chinese New year decorations was very apt and beautiful. Breakfast spread was first class. This is definitely a go to hotel in Batam as it was strategically location in the heart of the city.

Celebrating Birthday in batam marriott with my sister. I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I booked with M club access, and I thought that services are the same as Ritz-Carlton KL since the price is double. With the same price, I could have 2 nights stay.. In Ritz, they offered 5 meals, time slot light lunch and allowing us early check in etc. in my earlier review so our plan is just to stay in the hotel but in batam, only breakfast and a cocktail in the evening.. No lunch and afternoon tea where only drink and nuts are available.. luckily, their services are really, really good, which could compensate my feeling in the differences.. keep it up! Will be back for celebration. Thanks to the team that helped to celebrate my birthday.
