Accommodation & dining was mediocre.
However, the diving was AMAZING; facilities and quality of the diving equipment are seriously good and well maintained.
The dive master was exceptional and the dive shop offered great service including all the boat crew.
Would have given a 6 star rating for the diving only.
Beware when booking via trip.com, there were massive issues and the reservation was recorded in the resort's system until I followed up with trip.com - quite a hassle.

Very good food with veggie options which is not easy to find in PHL
Very professional dive shop - can recommend this hotel
