Not great at all. Neither key card worked and had to replace them, 2 of us in the room and only one towel and had to bring it to our room ourselves, bar closed at 10 pm. Water in the vending machine almost £3, bathroom tired as is the room. Beds small. Toilet paper is not a roll but tissues. One of the towels was wet so obviously used by the last guest and not replaced. Really disappointing given the cost. Lenny Henry has a lot to answer for!

Stayed at Premier Inn Bath City for 2 nights recently, in order to go sightseeing in a city that was on our "To Do" list Check-in was done in a few minutes and the staff were very friendly. We ate that evening in the Block and Bar restaurant, which is part of the hotel. The steak burger is amazing, and the service again was professional and made our evening very comfortable. On check out, we literally put our 2 keys in the quick checkout box and walked out, which made checking out so simple, as we had no extra charges to pay for The hotel is situated literally 8 mins walk to The Roman Baths and the Roman Abbey, which were the 2 places we mainly came to visit. We will come again in the future and will definitely stay at this hotel again

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Premier Inn Bath City Centre we had a great time The Hotel was very clean and tidy and we had a lovely room Beth the Manager and her wonderful front desk team looked after me and my brother so well they made us fill very speical we would recommend this great hotel to everyone to go and stay there. we had a great time there thanks to Beth and her wonderful team thank you so much.

Great location. Large room with basic ammenities. Room was quite cosy. Very close to everything and located in an historic building. No hairdryer which was a bit annoying. Be aware though that the paid public car park is 10 minute walk away as the hotel has no car park.

Dirty and poorly maintained. Not attention to cleaning in common areas, bedding worn out and holes. TV did not work.

This time the staff on reception and in the hotel were exceptional. They were efficient without rushing, welcoming and went overboard to help. We know that we get a clean room and lush bed at Premier Inn but the team this time were brilliant. Bath City Centre Team, thank you!
