One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. The attention to detail truly set this hotel apart.

The room didn’t have a working tv and the sheets were stained. We also had roaches in the room. The staff had only been working there for 3 days and had no problem solving skills. Bad experience and would not recommend this for anyone. This place should be closed down.

Front desk clerk was a 10 out of 10. Friendly, professional and helpful. In spite of this, staying at this hotel felt like a bad decision and one step away from an hourly motel. Halls were not well lit, giving my 1 am check in due to a delayed flight an extra creepy vibe. I was not in the room long enough to get a detailed look. The incredibly musty smell upon entering made me realize it would be a mistake to stay here. Carpet was filthy and I did not come close to touching the bed so I can’t give details. Maybe it was fine? I was not chancing it. Luckily I had a back up plan. I feel for folks who don’t have another option. The Comfort Inn chain needs to give this location some TLC. People deserve better.

I chose this hotel because it was a well known chain and I came in on a flight late enough that all the rental car counters were closed. I needed a place close enough to the airport to get back as soon as the rental car counters opened. In hind site, I should have read the reviews and stayed elsewhere The hotel lobby was filthy. The hallways stunk, not sure if it was vomit or fish. My room had greasy fingerprints on the shears, and the sheets were stained with who knows what. My socks were black after walking on the floors for 30 minutes. The topping on the cake was that the deadbolt would not engage and the door cross latch looked like it had been kicked in multiple times. The only positive thing I can say is they promptly picked me up from the airport in their shuttle when I came in on a late flight and got me back the airport rental car area promptly the next morning. Both shuttle drivers were very accommodating and personable. That being said, if I had my own transportation, I would have eaten the prepaid room cost and found somewhere else to stay.

Not very impressed with this place. Our door didn't lock from the outside, just like all hotel doors are supposed to. We asked to be moved to another room and the front desk clerk stated that she could keep an eye on our room since there is a security camera nearby. I told her no, to please move us to another room. After we moved to another room, it was just as bad. Old popcorn kernals, leftover almonds from the previous guests, dried red drink spilled in the drawer, sticky floor, missing smoke detector, etc. I think you get the point now. Would never come back to the place. I'm better off sleeping my car.

I would give the hotel as far as cleanness a 1! I had blood on my sheets( they immediately gave me fresh ones), the carpet is very filthy, the shower is the filthiest part of the room black gunk everywhere in the corners. However the mid day & night shift staff were sweet but the kitchen staff Ms.Leslie made my stay feel a little better. She is the sweetest woman ever, it’s people like her that’ll turn a frown upside down!!!!!!
