I booked the room only to get there no WiFi or cable the sign tell u you can cancel and receive your refund I haven’t yet..Then when go to account it’s like I stayed there I want my money back I had to book another room spend more money.

The level of service staff at the front desk is not professional enough. The room arranged for the first time is extremely poor in hygiene, and there is even noise pollution from the sensor. The room arranged for the second time is quiet and safe.
