Love this new and cheerful hotel! It’s walking distance from the Harbour Bay ferry terminal, and there’s plenty of food/mini marts around. The service is amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I really loved the bedroom slipper design! They also offer a welcome drink when you arrive. Overall an affordable yet cozy hotel!

Be warned… stay at your own risk…
During booking, I request for King bed and NO corner room… but when reach there, we are given corner room and 2 single bed and join together to presume as 1 king size bed…
During the stay, at night my wife was disturbed by 3rd kind… shower suddenly on for 5 minutes when no one in the toilet… the tv suddenly turned on with loud volume… my wife leg was pulled by gxxxx … until she was at the other side of the bed….
So scary…until she can sleep in the morning and we nearly late for breakfast… think of it … no more Yello again for me….

Pros: Clean, staff service is good, breakfast taste normal, free welcome drink, walking distance to harbourbay ferry terminal, harbourview
Cons: Water heater is weird (water will turn from cold to very hot then back to cold again). First time encounter such issue

Beautiful sea view. The staff was good .Spa and Karoke are available. Breakfast was normal.BBQ available at night.Free shuttle to Ferry Terminal.Many seafood restaurants and bar near the hotel.15 mins by car to Nagoya Hill Mall.Strongly recommended.

1st of all... its our 1st time staying at this hotel. I came slightly early (1pm++) but there us no queue.& check ins was fast n smooth. Was given 2 keycards for room. Nice deco made for our room for our event.there was also a welcome drinks but they suggest having it at their rooftop lounge. It had a wonderful view of the whole harbour bay n yes windy too. Thank u Mr Akhbar to let us dining in for dinner at the rooftop lounge. We had our romantic dinner 4 course dinner package too at rooftop too. Thank u Mr Ficky for the effort, wonderful service n the drinks recommendations. All staffs are always smiling n very attentives. We both had zero issues so far. Breakfast menu was simple but menu changes everyday. Room services is 24hrs. It is very near to harbour bay ferry terminal ( abt 5-7mins walk), alot of convenience store nearby, bakery shop, chicken rice shop, durian shop, bridal photography shops..had a simple nasi padang stall,seafood restaurant n even steak restaurant nearby..easy to travel around using gojek too. They had their iwn water dispenser too on every floor.. overall its great. Will dropping by again soon. Thank u Yello! Hotel Harbour Bay Teams. 👍👍👍

good facilities and all clean. Unfortunately there is an accident inside room. Engineering team and housekeeping need to take good carefully about equipment inside. Think about facilities or equipment potentially harmful to Guests. My family member was injured by the sharp surface of the bedside table.

Room was spacious and clean. And they staff was kind enough to change our separate room to a connecting one as my aunt is a wheelchair bound. My family had a good time and enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was also good with a variety of spread. We will definitely come back again.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff all around, good breakfast. Hope they can keep up the room's cleanliness and maintenance. I will definitely return for my next trip.
Rooftop lounge is a good place to chill out.
