"Location was super convenient, literally across is the ferry terminal and mall. Food stalls were nearby and right beside is a convenience store. Easy to call for grab to bring us around. Room was pretty big and check in was smooth. Room could be alittle cleaner and the toilet could be cleaned better as the shower area chokes up when we shower. Overall was okay."

"So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room amenities were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect — just a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal, very convenient for travelers. The hotel environment feels safe and quiet. Staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Batam!

Breakfast spread is great, room is clean, bed is medium firm and comfy. Only thing was that the handheld shower head was leaking, but we were fine with using the wall mounted shower head.

ZZenaYSLI had a bad experience during my stay. I booked two Triple Deluxe Rooms under my name — one through Agoda and the other through Trip.com. Upon check-in at 3pm, I provided six passports and was told we would be given connecting rooms, but one room was not ready and would be available in the next 30 minutes. That was fine with us, and all six of us went up to Room 1228.
However, when we entered, it was a Double Room with only one bed. We immediately went back to the reception to ask why we were given a Double instead of a Triple Room. The staff said they would add an extra bed, but I made it clear that I expected a proper Triple Room with one double bed and one single bed, as shown in the booking. If I had known it was an add-on bed arrangement, I would not have booked this hotel. Only after my feedback did they change our room to 1718, which we were satisfied with.
At around 3:45pm, three of us went down to collect the key for the second room, but were told it was still not ready. When I asked when it would be available, the staff replied they were not sure — maybe another hour. I was very disappointed. It was already close to 4pm and the room should have been ready by now. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and only then did they suddenly say the room was ready, and gave us Room 1716. It left me questioning the service quality of the hotel.
On Day 2, after returning from a half-day trip around 6pm, none of our room cards worked at the lift. Both rooms’ cards were invalid. We had no choice but to go back to the reception and were told it was a card error. New cards were reissued to us.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience for me, and I would not recommend this hotel. Service and room arrangements were not up to standard.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

DDilbara YongThank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.
