酒店環境一流，面朝大海，熱帶風景一覽無餘。房間設施一般，沒有辦工作，衹能在廚房枱子上辦公。高腳凳凳麪與凳腳脱開，坐在上面需要小心翼翼，擔心摔倒。洗手間不沒做到乾濕分離，洗澡上廁所體驗不是很好，床鋪太軟，床架不結實，沙發不好。其他的還將就。

Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet

We booked 3 rooms for a 2 night stay. The rooms, beds & bathrooms are all clean. Even the towel smell so good.
Suggestion: Please put a chair in each room
Location: It's located at 'dark' area & not safe to go outside by walk, especially at night. But, it's safe & good inside the hotel.
Generally, the whole were great.

Counter staff can communicate in english. Quiet hotel, hotel breakfast okay, location is a bit far from the city. Must grab if go out. Unexpected that hotel is giving the free hi-tea set to us however we couldn’t make it.
Bed is kinda soft and not really support our back. Overall is good.

The hotel is okay, here is what I feel
Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall
- The room is spacious
- Check in and check out is fast
- Staff is friendly
Disadvantage
-There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa
- Hotel is just facing opp Hospital
- Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon
- Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so

Very spacious room and this newly renovated hotel located very close to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff.
However the shower is partitioned with just a plastic shower screen causing the soapy water to overflow to other part of the toilet floor.

MMyQCelebrating Birthday in batam marriott with my sister. I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I booked with M club access, and I thought that services are the same as Ritz-Carlton KL since the price is double. With the same price, I could have 2 nights stay.. In Ritz, they offered 5 meals, time slot light lunch and allowing us early check in etc. in my earlier review so our plan is just to stay in the hotel but in batam, only breakfast and a cocktail in the evening.. No lunch and afternoon tea where only drink and nuts are available.. luckily, their services are really, really good, which could compensate my feeling in the differences.. keep it up! Will be back for celebration. Thanks to the team that helped to celebrate my birthday.

ZZiesquaredSecond time in this hotel. New and clean. Staff were friendly. My kids love the game set up beside the lobby, can't get enough of the playstation. Location is Harbourbay... 10 min grab to nagoya hill and thamrin city. Not much in the area other than seafood. Good area to do jogging In the morning. Overall a nice and pleasant stay.

GGuest UserHotel location is perfect, just about 5 minutes walk from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.
I didn't get an Extra Bed as indicated in my room reservation. The reception said all extra beds were taken up. It seems the extra bed were granted to Guests on first-check-in-first-served basis. I ended up paid an additional room. Rooms are not sound proo. Noise from construction works across the road that continue working through the night and music from the Night Market disturbed our sleep.
Breakfast was good but wish to have more varieties.

MMary AnneIt was a holiday with families and work too. Harif at the reception great service. He went his way out to organise and setting up with a good wifi service for work. Very helpful with a smile and patient in organising our families in the rooms. Swimming pool water and area needs a good clean up. Food was good especially lunch buffet.

GGuest UserLocation is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if
it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

RRainManAsiaWas apprehensive after reading the reviews. But this hotel had many pleasant surprises! Inwas greeted with a massive lobby. Space is what this hotel has. Corridors are wide. Rooms are larger than normal.
I needed a quiet room to rest after a long week at work. I was allocated a room at the rear of the hotel, come 9pm the karaoke opposite the street started. Oops! But Yuli, who had a great smile from front desk reception was at hand to assist me select another room which was more pleasant and had a garden view. She called me by name the following day as as well! (Maybe coz I forgot my passport, double oops 😅)
Breakfast selection was good. Trays were full to feed the many guests. There was a cooking station to literally a fire wok to whip up hot and spicy local noodles in the morning. Nice 😀demonstration. But the chefs can’t make poached eggs which is my travel comfort food. Tried over two days 😔.
I selected this hotel because it is one of the few hotels that had a bathtub at a reasonable price. I like to soak myself to relax and unwind.
COMPLIMENTARY shuttle to/fro Harbour Bay Terminal (5min). Only found out on check-out. Ms Yuli was again on duty to assist me. And she gracefully walked me to the car. The hotel driver was also full of smiles and he was conversational and made my journey very enjoyable. What great hospitality.
In summary, this old dame of a hotel (changed name 4 times) still has grand old charm and is well-maintained for a pleasant stay.
