Batu Sub-District Hotels with Bars

The front desk staff is not customer-friendly and appeared very grudgy when told that the room access card was faulty as it did not work when I tried to scan it inside the elevator to access to my room floor. Instead of exploring what could be the issue, the staff simply told me to use the other elevator instead. When I asked her if I would face the same problem accessing my room with the card, she got annoyed and told me off that the system indicated its OK. Although it was a bad experience during check in, we were impressed with the food spread offered for breakfast. Love the food varieties and the charming set up in the restaurant overlooking the mountains.

The hotel is very comfortable, very spacious, complete facilities, the most comfortable in Batu city

Good location near the city center. Or to jatimpark 2 or transport museum. There are many facilities for slaying in the hotel only. The standard room.. I was surprised that there was an extra bed.. cool.. but unfortunately the bathroom looks a bit dirty.. The hot water is less hot, just until warm. Plus, this place makes a lot of cool spots.

nice located hotel that doesn't too far from Jatim Park and Museum Angkut. At first I doubt a lot about this hotel, but when I checked in, this hotel gave me the best first impression. The room was clean and tidy. Even tho the price is cheap, the room is comfortable enough. The staffs here were nice and the breakfast was delicious!! I spent 2 nights here and I would like to recommend this hotel to you. The only thing that they should improved is about the wifi. The connection was slow and it's annoying that everytime we back to the hotel after we went out, we need to re-login again.

The hotel is clean, the service is okay. The staff is also friendly. The food is also complete and has many variations. The view around the hotel is also cool. Will come back here again if I go on holiday to Batu.

The place is really nice, clean, and the guards are kind and friendly. There's just no soap or shampoo at all. If it's really cold at night, it's better to bring an extra jacket. It's really exciting to wake up to see the sunrise from the bedroom window. Wifi is also fast, if you are hungry you can go upstairs there is a cafe which is open until 11pm

Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .

It is located in a mountain with a good view, so the view is good and the air is good. It seems that the quality of the water in the pool is not good because I went in the off-season. The food quality and taste are not at a recommended level.
