Friendly staff Who handles every problem.fast and with Qualified. Very qualified people, who work 24/7 to help guests as soon as possible. Reccomend to everyone, also Locally based Hotel Tangerine on first and second floors of the facility

I paid for a sea view one bedroom for one month.Shortly after I moved in I received a call from the manager that I had to move due to flood damage on the floor above.I was moved to a non view room in the noisy parking area.The TV had no remote + the microwave had no plate.The TV instructions were in Russian + it was very difficult to navigate without a remote.Many times I would come home at night to find no internet or cable + was told they couldn't do anything until the morning.The manager had more bodyguards than a gangland leader which is what he is extorting money from guests.They would knock on your door + demand 200 lari for electricity without showing you the reading or giving a receipt. I was so relieved to leave there.

Я забронировал апартаменты на *********** , по приезде оказалось, что до хозяина данных апартаментов дозвониться невозможно, и мне отказали в заселении, хотя бронирование было подтверждено месяц назад. При этом тут же предлагали снять другие апартаменты за двойную цену. Также, столкнулся с хамским поведением персонала на ресепшен, которые не то, чтоб помочь, даже разговаривать нормально не в состоянии. А какая-то вышедшая мелкая менеджер пыталась даже угрожать. Категорически не рекомендую эту с виду респектабельную компанию, которая занимается мошенничеством. Скорее всего «владельца» апартаментов в природе не существует, а указанный при бронировании телефон - просто какой-то номер, не исключено, что сотрудников компании, которые при приезде, пользуясь безвыходной ситуацией людей, продают им апартаменты в 2 раза дороже на месте. Либо забронированные апартаменты продаются владельцем несколько раз, в том числе через компанию. Будьте осторожны, не связывайтесь с мошенниками.
