This is a real stay review, real photos without filters! Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel with all kinds of facilities. The hotel does not actively provide disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc., but you can ask the front desk to deliver them to the room. Hygiene: The daily cleaning is very good, especially the toilets and bathrooms are cleaned very cleanly, and the lobby and public areas are also very atmospheric. Location: Located in the heart of Batumi Old Town, within a 10-minute walk you can reach Europe Square, the Ferris Wheel, the Ali & Nino sculpture and the seaside. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Batumi Airport and about 10 minutes to drive to Batumi Central Railway Station. Service: English service is available at the front desk. A fire escape drill was conducted at night when checking in, and the staff informed the guests one by one. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, not many hot dishes, maybe it is a local custom

The room is spacious enough. Although it is in the old town and there is a bar downstairs, it is very quiet at night. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the ingredients are of high quality! Excellent location! Next to it is Batumi Square, within walking distance to Ali & Nino, and most importantly, the nearby Rubber Duck is here for me! The best adjaruli khachapuri! There is also 8000vintage within walking distance!

We will stay at this hotel again if we come to Baku again. Except for the breakfast which was a bit simple, everything else was very good.

Wonderful new hotel. Very clean, all furniture is new. Amazing view from the window (I was given a room on the fifth floor overlooking the streets of old Batumi). The location is great - in the old city, in the center of nightlife, but the room was quiet. Very helpful staff. Upon request, they brought a warm blanket and an iron (although it would be great to have a board and an iron in the room at all times). Breakfast is not bad, but lacks variety. I did not like the coffee for breakfast at all. I would give 4 for breakfast, otherwise - a solid 5. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

The location of the hotel is good, in the old town not far from the sea, there are many interesting restaurants and attractions nearby, but Among the minuses: 1) You will not be able to use the bathroom, because there is no heating, only the room is heated by the air conditioner, and it is impossible to go to the toilet / bathroom because of the freezing cold. 2) I booked a room with a fold-out sofa so that the child could sleep separately. The sheet and blanket were brought only after 2 days after endless reminders! And they said that it costs 74 lari. As a result, upon check-out, they presented an additional bill for bed linen in the amount of 250 lari!!! I have never seen anything like this anywhere. 3) They never measured the bed linen for clean ones for a week. 4) I went to breakfast once and a couple of times took only coffee, those sausages are terribly peppered and there is nothing else to choose from. 5) there is no shoehorn in the room and this is not provided by the hotel 6) very unfriendly staff, with dissatisfied faces. This is upsetting, I always thought that people in Georgia are hospitable I do not recommend.
