great location, nice friendly staff especially NINI,ALINTHA and TEDO . Good breakfast. overall value for money. Sea beach is very close and so are a lot of architecture like alphabet tower ,ALI and Nino etc. There are lot of five star hotels in near vicinity . A good garden to walk around. restaurants are nearby.

We had booked a junior suite and we got the booking confirmation for 3rd september check in and 4th september 2024 check out. We were then told that the junior suite was already booked and they gave us the classic room #206 which they said is a spacious room. Apparently that was the smallest room and my friend who travelled with me got room #208 and it was of the same category and his room was much bigger. I complained about my small room and the receptionist said that they could not do anything about it and we could not walk to the other side of the bed if kept my bags on the side of the bed. Then they offered complimentary break fast because of this confusion and the breakfast was pathetic. They did not even know what is a sunny side up, finally after explaining they brought an egg with the yolk broken. There is absolutely no sound proofing done to the room, even the walking noise on the corridor could be heard. This is not a hotel where you get a peaceful sleep due to the noise from the corridor. Apart from that the AC is good, shower area is good which is atleast a consolation.

The hotel was in a excellent location, however, they need to upgrade the rooms. We were in "Superior Rooms", but they were just nornal rooms, nothing "superior" about it. Breakfast was not organized. Partly it was a language problem. Positive part of the Hotel was the reception staff were helpful.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city Renovated hotel if all the comforts The hotel staff was courteous and polite and answered everything we needed We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Full consideration for payment I will definitely come to this hotel in Batumi again Thank you to all the amazing staff who received us I have been to almost every five star hotel in Batumi But the hotel and staff surpass them all And again a huge thank you

The Best service ever you could have! Very warm, friendly and professional staff. Fantastic location, very cozy and clean hotel. Very special thanks to Reception team members Nika and Giorgi!!!
