Stayed on New Year's Eve.. there are fireworks on the night of the year change, the room is clean, there is a bathtub, there is a swim suitable for family stay. Good breakfast variety. Worthed 👍

hotel room is quite spacious,but needs to be improved again the cleanliness,i found dirt and hair on the sheets,the floor is not clean too.there is a pool facility but the water is cold

Very helpful with Hotel Tirta Kencana Batu Raden, although it was originally made a hanger because it was confirmed by phone and said that there was no reservation and did not join with Trip.com but after coming, the clerk checked out what application ... finally 2 our room can be used. The hotel is old school, vintage, the cleanliness is maintained, the staff is super friendly and informative, and no less importantly, the view is really beautiful, I booked a room facing the city, I could see the city lights from the top of the mountain, really cool. There is a swimming pool too. There is a free car wash service in the morning, if you want to give a tip, you can, any amount. The service is really good. There is also a pick-up and drop-off facility if you don't bring a private vehicle. Awesome. It seems like it could be a recommendation for a place to stay for the next trip to Baturaden. Hopefully the hotel service management can be maintained 👍
