We are loyal customers (or we were) of this hotel, however in this last 4-day stay the quality, service and disregard for us was surprising, as reported below: - we booked the hotel in advance for superior rooms and with a floor already agreed upon (we called the hotel directly) hotel).When we arrived, they wanted to put us on another floor, claiming that the floor was full (the housekeeping staff reported that some were empty during our stay).Finally, we were given an extremely noisy room -615, without the category typology.No one in the room customer service asked for a room change! -I checked on the accommodation sites that the amount charged was R$ 50.00 higher than what they had given me as a "long-time customer".
