The staff were so rude. It was clearly obvious that they did not care to serve black people. The difference between treatment and attitudes between white guest and black guest was abundantly clear. Will never go to thus resort again.

Our family of 11 had the best time. Edwin Berroa was the best butler ever. He was always available and helpful but not overbearing. He booked all of our restaurants and even helped with off resort excursions.

Beautiful beaches; multiple pools; many food options; fun entertainment nightly; kids loved water park; spa was enjoyable; Highly recommend adding Diamond club for elevated experience! Our butler Elvin was attentive daily! Amazing!

David was a great instructor. Enjoyed the workout. He took time to engage with the participants individually and collectively. Surrounding was great Pool side workout with the beach within 100 feet . Swim up bar available and good music. Will revisit!

This hotel is by far our family favourite. We visit at least twice a year. We have had the privilege of having Ernesto ❤️ as our butler for the last 2 years. He is constantly at our service all day long. Once home at night he even checks in to see how supper was! He’s friendly, kind,caring and just a really great guy. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think our vacation would be the same. Estafany at the splash bar is my all time bestie and I love her makes 6 years that we are friends.The Vibeteam ROCK and entertain my kids from morning to night. Food is great A la cartes are all amazing Going back soon❤️

Our family of 6 stayed at Royalton splash for 8 nights and it was one of the best trips we have ever had. The resort was clean, fun and the staff were amazing!! One staff member who truly stood out was Ignacio who worked in the lobby bar and the Martini mix bar. He went above and beyond every single day, and interacting with him was truly a highlight of our trip. He took the time to always make sure we were taken care of and we will miss him! All staff were friendly and helpful, but Ignacio definitely stood out as an extra special gem.
