Boat is not hotel or resort it is fine camping boat is for rent to enjoy and sleep on does not leave the dock at all..where boat is is a very quiet peaceful place with ice cold air conditioning comfort fullsize bed heated swimming pool on grounds..private showers and near store and restrooms boat has electric head and water good for washing and cleaning not drinking..and not a ton of storage space but enough for few days worth of clothes and items for trip..please contact me directly for check in information as the address in app is completely wrong I will try to get fixed but not even sure what address it used anyhow just reach out i will also for location of boat marina in bay City mi..thank you for your intrest in my boat as well.. sincerely ROBERT .About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
