We are surprised that the hotel provides free laundry and send to my room with wet clothes after washing. They didn’t use the dryer to dry my clothes but asked me to hang it inside the room to let it dry itself. For my jean, it is impossible to dry on next day and I had to use hair dryer to dry in order to pack in my luggage. It is a new experience for me.

房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨，電梯間的桌子上有礦泉水，可自行取用，唯一遺憾的是房間的空調，根本不起作用（我住的1509號），晚上7點多鐘出去吃晚飯時順便把這個情況反映給了前台（一箇中年男子），回答過一會找人去檢查，結果……就沒了結果，9點來鍾回房間後就開啟了空調，當時就如圖所示，次日凌晨4點半左右起來解夜一看，還是如圖所示。退房時將房卡交給了前台（還是哪個中年男子），我都到包頭了，換班的工作人員還打電話問我是續住還是退房，答已退房後又問房卡呢？無語……

在酒店住了三天，對前台，接送站司機小哥和餐廳，客房的服務都很滿意。酒店位置在市中心，樓下對面就是超市，樓下出門右走五六分鐘是人民公園，路對面彥淖爾影劇院 ，看了兩次電影。這個店出來左走有一個門洞，往酒店後面走過一個街口，就是小吃街，水果點心都很多，在豐收包子鋪吃了兩頓飯，周邊服務設施非常方便。
