床品舒服，位置好，唯一不滿意的是入住酒店還收10元停車費。酒店平時早餐不錯，春節期間沒有早餐，送了麪包牛奶，

酒店幾年前內蒙行住過，當時感覺還行，這次特意找過來，但太失望了😔客觀的評價一下吧。
設備設施確定老舊了，衞生也比之前差了太多，地毯很臟，還有鼓包，被絆到兩次；房間煙味特別大，嗆到不行…洗浴間的門也關不嚴…雖有停車場但要收費，也沒有提前説明，這個不太合適。
酒店的位置在十字路口，對面是個小公園，晚上跳舞的音樂要到10點多，音樂聲那叫一個大…一大早5點剛過就是各種音樂＋1、2、3、4的口號…幾個團體不同的節奏…喜歡安靜的還是要慎重考慮。

西北自駕過路，乾淨衞生，星際標準。樓下很多飯館。交通便利，進出城很方便，離黃河公園不遠。推薦大家入住。唯一不足是晚上廣場舞，早上廣場有活動人羣，有一點吵鬧。

房間有點異味，另外毛巾太香了。不太明白毛巾搞那麼香乾嘛。。停車場是外包的需要交停車費，24小時十塊，合不合理再議。這些都是小問題，我對內蒙的印象極好，前面三天連續三個城市的酒店都是五星好評，當天晚上在巴彥淖爾吃火鍋老闆還送了特色香包，城市也很漂亮。但是華澳酒店我着實有些失望，前台把我的電話☎存錯了，我忘了我是哪個房間問前台前台一直説沒有我開的房間，不知道。。。最離譜的是今天我退房，我問前台有沒有開水我接一杯喝葯，前台秉承着熱情且不解決問題的狀態説前台沒有開水，我説有温水也行，我拿水杯接一口喝個葯，前台繼續説温水前台也沒有。最後一個在前台辦事的服務員告訴我可能餐廳有熱水間。你前台沒熱水我就夠理解不了了，關鍵是餐廳不屬於你們酒店嗎？前台沒熱水你告訴我哪有我去接啊，就會我們前台沒有我們前台沒有，不是前台是幹嘛的？
