房子整體感覺很舒適，讓人放鬆。設備齊全，可以洗衣服，有水機，有風扇，空調就沒有，也用不着。樓下有超市，有公交站，附近很多吃的，生活挺方便。房東人也好，有問題會盡快解決，負責任。

訂這種一家人進去住的，住的很舒服的，就是沙發可能被跳多了變太軟了，還有廚房那邊的地可能油煙污漬比較難清理地面有點粘，穿個鞋再走過去就好了
