真的要避雷，想退又覺得浪費時間算了將就，有多雷呢？就是我第一次訂酒店不看差評結果所有差評情況都被我遇上了，如果你還要訂那當我沒説，我和攜程工作人員投訴了一晚上，真的一會兒一個雷，地毯也是臟兮兮，被子也有油點點，關了所有燈，廁所燈一會兒閃一下，搞的我都不敢睡，一整晚都是開起燈才安心，我真的無力吐槽了，賓館就賓館還酒店，呵呵呵，能不能弄好了再讓別人訂，而不是訂了覺得接受不了又讓人退，那有些人就覺得麻煩自己悶到吃虧，這種破房子酒店我祝你早日破產謝謝

環境差，哪哪都臟兮兮的，還有蟲子。對面停車場入口不明顯，不注意就開過了，入口狹小，車技不行容易剮蹭車輛。

酒店整體來説還是可以的，雖然看上去設施顯得有些懷舊，不過還算完整齊全，服務也挺周到。周邊挺熱鬧，吃飯的地方也夠多，恩陽古鎮也很近，步行十來分鐘過橋下橋即到。唯一不是很如意的地方就是他家的門臉與停車場實在不好找。在這裏我要特別對外地開車來的朋友給一點友情提示：酒店門口是城市主街道，衹有機動車道沒有非機動車道，也就是説路邊是不能停車的，如果您導航到了他家可要小心了，頭頂有攝像頭，一旦停下來就會馬上收到違章短訊，除非您直接開到他家停車場裏。他家停車場就在馬路對面（偏左）一個非常不起眼的地下院子，路口非常窄還是下坡。

床鋪衞生乾淨，裝修比較破舊了，很多設施都是壞的，離景點很近，賓館門頭太小，不注意的話找不到

設施設備很老，衞生間水池下面漏水，地板牆面發黴，安排的端頭之前住酒店的房間門上喜字也沒拆，牆頂有膠帶，床上用品也很舊，枕頭上有黑色毛毛
