使用攜程 15 年多了，第一個差評給你們酒店和攜程。大家開車千萬要注意，別停到該酒店停車場！我的車在那兒被撞了，酒店居然不管！他們説不該他們負責，難道酒店就沒有保障客人車輛安全的義務嗎？如果車停在酒店都無法保證安全，那誰敢入住呢？攜程也不應該把這樣不負責任的酒店推薦給客人！希望你們能重視這個問題，也讓其他客人不再遭遇類似的情況。

這是我出差這麼多來遇見的服務態度最差的一個酒店，沒有一點服務意識，晚上電動大門也不開，訂的江景房，結果對面就是小區，晚上小區的外牆燈對着房間照，房間外面一排都是空調外機，吵的一個晚上沒睡覺，早上投訴了，説叫經理與我聯繫，結果等到退房都沒有人聯繫，太差勁了

第一次真實的親自寫入住體驗，星程酒店從一下塌開始，就讓人感受到了熱情的服務態度，停車方便安全，房間非常寬敞大氣，前台小姐姐免費升級了江景大床房，確實非常漂亮，而且還有機器人的服務，是今年以來最舒服的一次住房體驗。極力推薦！
