整體環境和衞生比較好，很乾凈，專門定了帶早餐的，但是並沒有想象中那麼好，品種太少了，不值早餐的價格，説是寵物友好酒店，但是並沒有為狗狗準備睡覺的墊子，狗狗早餐也比較敷衍，沒有雞胸肉，衹有胡蘿蔔和青菜，還有一兩片培根。服務沒有想象中那麼好，也許春節比較忙吧

酒店是我喜歡的中式風格，設施不錯，房間自帶泡池，酒店整體服務不錯，適合親子居住。唯一的缺點就是餐飲服務跟不上，入住期間正直春節假期，酒店承辦席桌可以理解，但是不能以此拒絕酒店客人用餐吧。居然告知客人忙不過來，周邊有很多吃的，叫我們去外面吃，我們入住酒店也是看重的酒店品質，當然用餐也希望追求酒店的環境和服務，好説歹説答應延遲用餐。還從來沒有遇到過五星級酒店的餐廳這樣對待酒店入住客人用餐需求的，在這方面有待改進和提升。

酒店二期工地緊挨着客房，日晝夜的施工（夜裡各種工地設備施工到早上，然後就是換一批女工人在門口大喊大吵的）根本睡不了覺。訂的是酒店價格最高的房型，廁所反味兒，空調出風口異響。洗手間冰窖似的。餐廳服務員一次性口罩都戴的漆黑起球了。我們自駕遊第一天凌晨12點多到，收拾完快兩點，被工地施工吵得根本睡不着，因為比較晚就等到第二天跟酒店反映了情況，第二天凌晨12點多了依然在施工，聯繫前台説是衹施工一個小時就好了，結果又是整整一夜。説是要不然換個房間，我們是自駕，行李特別多，就我自己帶着一個孩子，凌晨突然換房太麻煩了。就忍了，想着天亮就趕緊走，這兩天住宿簡直就是噩夢。最後結賬時候在我再三拒絕後，酒店執意給我們免了一頓一百多的午飯錢作為補償。這酒店唯一能説得過去的就是前台小姑娘服務態度都挺好的。其他什麼也不是，就現在二期施工的情況，酒店目前根本不符合營業條件。不建議大家來住，住了都根本沒辦法好好休息。

入住後房間與預訂房間不符，工人員竟然説本來就不一樣，各種理由藉口，就是不承認錯誤，花樣百出，第二天續住的時候換到了和預訂一樣的房價，真是可笑。其次發現中午預訂的房價比下午貴30左右，兩天都是同樣的，一問為什麼，都是攜程的錯，酒店一點責任沒有。總體來説，滿嘴沒實話。服務很差！

這家酒店是華住集團旗下的高端度假品牌，以千年米倉古道文化為靈感，設計融合自然（運用自然石、木竹編等材質），設施包含恆温泳池、書吧、茶室等，整體氛圍靜謐舒適。酒店與恩陽古鎮僅一橋之隔，步行幾分鐘即可到達古鎮。對面是未來之眼，夜晚亮燈很美，白天可以登高遠眺，全城景色盡收。酒店早餐也挺好。

到了恩陽古鎮首先發現了這家酒店隸屬華住會。就在古鎮旁邊，環境很美，前台的姑娘們服務很好，幫着拿行李送到房間裏，客房服務也非常棒，有免費洗衣服服務。停車方便就是沒有充電樁，一人50元的早餐有些差強人意，餐廳服務人員態度很熱情，但是還是有些細節需要提高比如東西輕拿輕放、控制説話聲音

房間不錯，佈局合理，乾淨，床品舒適。
服務好：我們住了兩天，遇到的工作人員都很好，前台的幾個小姐姐、我們這層的保潔、餐廳服務員、路上碰到的工程的小哥等等，都是笑眯眯的交流。
寵物友好：狗狗有自己的早餐，餐廳提供推車，退房時還給了寵物伴手禮，很棒。
餐廳：早餐做現煮的廚師，注意到媽媽剛做了祛斑，提醒餛飩有蝦米，單獨做了沒蝦米的，很貼心。中午去餐廳吃了一頓，味道不錯。
還有幫外婆擰瓶蓋的保潔、餐廳幫外婆接牛奶的服務員、教我們做中葯包的小姐姐等等，特別謝謝這些工作人員在我們入住期間提供的服務，同行的家人們都很滿意，有機會再來～
