"Over all we had a great stay at this accommodation. The staff was very friendly, always available. We also left our clothes for laundry service, it was quick and inexpensive!
We recommend this place for couples. Due to the proximity to the street sometimes you can hear cars and movement from the outside. The only thing we would mention is that in their best room even though they have renovated the bathroom, strong smell comes out of the sewage. It can be quite strong. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and the girls at reception are awesome."

"They put me in a room that didn't match the one I booked on Trip. When I asked why, the answer was 'overbooking.' The photos don't match the description, and so on.
It's best to get here from Moalboal by tricycle, around 150-200 pesos is ideal.
The room itself was clean and recently renovated. They make you sign a paper about being responsible for stains on the bedding and towels, which is the first time I've ever seen that. They also took a 1000 peso deposit. Additionally, you're not allowed to make noise, cook, etc. There are water dispensers on each floor. A big TV was a plus, as was the new A/C and fan. The bedding was clean, but there were ants.
But the main highlight is the direct access to the sea. There are also two pools and sun loungers. To the right, you can see sardines and turtles. Don't fall for people asking for money for snorkeling!
The buffet breakfast was quite good."

"Excellent hotel with a great location! It's right by Sardine Beach, and you don't hear any roosters crowing or music from the bars. Yet, it's only a three-minute walk to Panagsama Road, where there are plenty of cafes and bars. The staff are excellent, it's clean, and the room has everything you need."

"Amongst the goat paddocks and tin houses was this very nice little resort. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities given the immediate surroundings. The more touristy Panagsama penisula is about 4 to 5 km away. Tuk tuk is required at around 200 pesos in one direction to Panagsama. Locals and staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn't provide daily house keeping which was only mildly disappointing. They are more than happy to exchange towels at your request.
A basic shopping centre is about 600 metres away which can cater to almost all your needs. If yo need coffee like me be sure to attend RAM coffee shop, was a good quality coffee. Swimming pool was very pleasant and well maintained, like the rest of the facilities."

"The guesthouse has a pleasant, green area with gazebos and garden furniture. There's hot water 24/7 thanks to an instant water heater in the bathroom. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, where you can see sardines and turtles. On the way, you can rent a snorkel for 100 pesos, no deposit needed. The guesthouse offers breakfast, but we didn't take it. Just a five-minute walk from the guesthouse (turn left out of the gate) there's a huge food court and many cafes with great prices and variety. There's an ATM at the entrance to the food court, and about a hundred meters up the street (away from the sea) there's a 24-hour money exchange. The guesthouse hosts are welcoming and friendly. We booked a trip to Kawasan Falls and canyoneering in Badian through them (it was 300 pesos more expensive than what's offered on the beach, but we were happy with the organization of the trip).
Unfortunately, there are downsides too. The air conditioning in the room is incredibly noisy – even earplugs don't help; it feels like sleeping in a helicopter. Luckily, it rained on the second night, so we didn't need the AC. There are many animals at the guesthouse, so watch your step! And there were small ants running around in the room."

"The location is fantastic, a 3-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of dive centers nearby that can organize snorkeling and diving trips. The beach is also close to a sardine storm and turtles. The room is basic, but I didn't like the fact that when I turned on the hot shower, the water pressure was very weak. The colder the water, the stronger the pressure. Regarding the room cleaning, they were perfunctory: they took out the trash, changed the towels, made the bed, and that was it. That's why I'm downgrading my rating a bit. I asked for a plate and knife for fruit, and they brought it right away. There's no breakfast, but there's a cafe on site. The food is delicious, but the wait is long, and not everything on the breakfast menu was available. For example, I couldn't order the Filipino breakfast because there was no rice!"

"Excellent hotel! The rooms are cozy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the grounds are well-maintained too. The location isn't the most convenient if you're on foot, but the hotel itself is in a beautiful spot. They also offer scooters at a very good price – cheaper than renting them 'on the street'. When we arrived, all the scooters were taken, but the girls at the reception suggested a company they work with, and everything was delivered right to the hotel for us. When a hotel scooter became available, we took that. They also helped us with tours. We initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 3. By the way, the transfer from the hotel is also more cost-effective than arranging it yourself.
The hotel owners, Nick and Raquel, are very kind and open-hearted; it was a real pleasure and very interesting to chat with them. Abigail and the other girls are also positive and always ready to help. At this hotel, you feel like you're visiting close relatives. Thank you! We would be very happy to stay with you again!)"

"Really nice sized pool and sunlounge area considerng this is a budget hotel.
I never stay around these hotels much to make the most of the facilities but it's here if you want it.
Nice room and very clean.
Near the bus stop but a bit of a walk to the strip where all the bars and restaurants are.
Most people have a scooter anyway so you won't get any better for the money they charge here. 8/10"

"The location is remote from the noise, if it weren't for the road to the hotel itself, then you can safely put 10! But it was not very comfortable to ride a bike along such a road) The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are well-maintained, air conditioning, a pleasant smell)

UuulissiThe hotel is in more private location compared to most resorts in Moalboal. This is a quiet area, with private access to the sea, which is very shallow and easily accessible, particularly during low tide. Resorts itself is nice, the pool was OK, diving also enjoyable, although cylinders were a bit on the empty side. Staff was always very nice. Unfortunately, food was not so good and overpriced, we had much better things to eat in other resorts or in town, which is 10-20 minutes away by tuk tuk.

BBaimajunzai2000Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea.
Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options.
Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to.
However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town.
Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.

KK.G.M.We loved staying in this location. Our room was right on the water, giving some breathtaking views morning and night. Lots of storage space and big bathroom. The hotel has a great diving center that also rents all kinds of snorkeling equipment too until later hours. Pool was clean and there was even a tipsy bar within it.
Our only issue was very low water pressure in the shower which made washing long hair ia bit challenging.
While you are away from the “mail” street in town, walk us about 8 min and there are few other hotels/ restaurants and activity companies located right next to hotel entrance
