"Delighted to have stayed 2 nights at the Kingsail Resort. The room was cute and clean with fridge and microwave.   Air conditioning = great!   The pool = great! My daughter and I borrowed 2 kayaks for a one hour ride in the mangroves. It was very pleasant.   We also happily took advantage of the laundry room.   The terrace at the back is well furnished with tables and chairs for reading, having a meal or simply enjoying life. All the furniture is new and comfortable. We observed manatees there during the 2 evenings.   The lady who works at the reception is very nice.   She answered all my questions.   Only one point that could displease, but it was not the case for us: the many “wild” roosters crow before the sun even rises.   We found them rather beautiful with their multi-colored plumage."

"Great experience for us, first time stayed in a ”boat house”, we find it very interesting and peaceful, everything is clean and equip, the view on deck was beautiful too. The only thing might need to bear in mind is all boat are right next to each other, and we are glad there was no big party / noise going on in the evening. If we have time, we will definitely stay for a few more days to enjoy the 'on boat life'."

"Excellent location being on the water and close to everything from food and liquor shopping to have a restaurant with tiki boats to rent right next door, the fish house 2.5 miles away. Service was great from the office with TJ to have a good coffee machine in the office and 2 bottles of water in the room. This is my third time and always leave with nice memories."

"What a wonderful place to stay! Excellent property that is very well kept. A plus 10 on cleanliness, too. Amenities are included, and the breakfast as well, which was awesome. A little paradise in the Keys. We will be back!"

"This property is approximately 1 hr from Key West. Check in is handled remotely, works very well and we found the 2 night stay met our needs at a reasonable cost. A restaurant is within walking distance, (we did not use but there were good reviews posted online). A short drive from the property provides multiple restaurant choices."

"Ameracay is a very nice resort. It's not too far and easily accessible. It gas a nice tiki brand beach as well as a very nice courtyard with game areas and firepits. The resort is in an area that has iguanas. These are harmless if left alone. Make sure yiu balcony door is shut so a curious iguana does not visit. You also should ve aware that in case of a cold snap, iguanas fall from trees. As long as they don't hit you in the head again they are harmless. Visited the outside bar fi a sandwich. Everything in the Keys cost more so prices are moderate. We shared a sandwich with no issues. The lobby area is very nice with suspended swinging chairs. Decorations are ”islandish” which is appropriate. There is a selfie wall which has keys mounted. There is also a wall mounted magnetic Scrapple game. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. Both Midway and Lazy Boys were busy. If you go out for dinner, expect moderate wait. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort has a very snLl gift shop. Not much for men unless you need a bathing suit. The only problem was the entire area was having water issues. There was no hot water in the room. I would stay again. It's about half the cost of staying in Key West. There are places very close by if you want to plY in, on, or under the water. It may be possible to book a ride out to Alligator Reef Lighthouse via a service near by. Lots of places to hop on a fishing boat. The water off Islamadora is a nationally protected coral reef. Make sure you know what you can and can't do on the reef. The resort does not allow drone flying on property. You might be able to fly from a nearby bridge. I will probably visit again."

"The front desk is a converted car office, just parked on the side of the road, very easy to find. After work at 5 pm, we arrived at 6 o'clock, and the staff put the key and map of the passenger late in the envelope with the name of the user. Place the envelope in the box in front of the office. When I checked out in the morning, I didn’t have time to go to work. I also put the letter and put it back in the same place."

"Coconut Cay Resort is one of the best lodging facilities that I have stayed at in the Keys. Our Room Attendant, Elizabeth, had our room well stocked and extremely clean, including the corners and behind the toilet. The office staff was welcoming and professional. The bagged breakfast was quaint and enjoyable. I would have given Coconut Cay Resort 10 stars if it was possible."
