Premier Inn Glasgow (Bearsden)

Nice hotel. What you would expect from a budget chain hotel.

Paris and morwenna have exceptional front of house skills that are second to none. I stay in many premier inns across the uk and These girls gave it the homely feel that I miss When I have to stay away from my family. They really are a credit to your group

We received an outstanding friendly service from Carol who went above and beyond when we lost our car keys when checking out! It’s a great clean hotel, friendly staff, and nice breakfast too! Will definitely stay again, would highly recommend!

We booked this Inn due to the close proximity to family members whom we wanted to spend quality time with. The Inn was within our price range and although the entrance area and some corridor areas look a little tired we found the room to be clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable with heating that could be adjusted to suit. The welcome pack in the room could be updated to include a decaffeinated choice and a small packet of biscuits per guest would have been appreciated after a long trip. The lovely young lady who welcomed us on arrival managed to find some biscuits - we felt she went above and beyond whenever we had contact with her also the lady she was training. Sadly this was not our experience with all reception staff. We booked for breakfast at the Inn and were looking forward to a Scottish breakfast (including Lorne sausages, potato scones and morning rolls) also a pan Scottish loaf for toasting sadly this was not available however the English breakfast and continental choices were tasty as was the porridge. We would stay here again due to the close proximity to family members and good transport links.

While the bed is very comfortable, I have to raise concerns about housekeeping. 3 days in on our 5 day stay and still nobody came in to clean the room, change the bed, towels and resupply. And that's after letting the housekeeping staff know that we'd like to have our room cleaned. We are stuck unable to have a shower as we don't have towels, even if we used the dirty ones we don't have enough for the two of us and no toilet paper. It's a hotel not a hostel and we're not impressed

Stayed in many premier inns in the past bit I've never had a ripped quilt cover abd a frayed bottom sheet. It was reported immediately to reception who didn't seem to care much, just took a note. I have however received some of my fee back and an apology.
