Location was amazing, I’m super happy I had room with mountains and lake view. People working there was friendly, a bit cold in room but it’s alright. Bed and bedding was super comfortable, I slept like a baby in clouds. Amazing building. I’m in love with this place. Looks like from fairytale

Remind everyone that if you pay for the room with a credit card, you must check whether the hotel has deducted the city tax on the credit card because you did not pay attention to the check-in at that time. At nine o'clock, I said that the room rate was already paid. When I checked out, I paid the city tax directly in cash. After I checked the credit card bill, I found out that it was deducted together. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome, thanks to Dani and Linda. Dani gave us a very humorous introduction and provided all informations we should know about our stay. Next we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views from this hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every room was clean and uniquely decorated with their heart (we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults). Breakfast was delicious with something special everyday not to mention the stunning view. Dani checks the weather in the morning and gave us great and helpful advise for us to plan our day. We also had a great time playing with Heidi their friendly fur baby! Will definitely stay here again!

The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite.
