Average welcome, there were 4 of us, only 2 large towels for 4. Had to go back down to reception in swimsuits to make the request, no more large towels, 2 bathrobes instead. €2.50 per person for flip-flops to assemble yourself... Pool temperature just right, easily missing 2/3 degrees. But the Pompom is that we wanted to have a drink after leaving the spa, and then they told us: "ah well no it's reserved for hotel guests". I think the owner doesn't need to do business... Very disappointed with the whole thing in the end.

No large bath towels at the spa… rather cold water… 0 answer on the phone to let them know and forced to return to reception in a swimsuit… No possibility of consuming at the hotel bar, rather not very cool when you have just left them €130! Too bad for a spa like this in a 4* hotel…

Dîner entre amis : Une organisation à parfaire, un nouveau sommelier qui ne connaît pas la cave (1 seul vin blanc trouvé sur 15 appellations Savoie àla carte !), des cartes des plats différentes nous sont proposées. Malgré le peu de monde un plat qui n'est plus proposé. Rien de bien grave. Le personnel est très agréable. Vu le prix des plats et le classement de l'hôtel on s'attend quand même à mieux. Allez, un petit effort !

Nous avons dîner à l’hôtel de la roche. Apéritif sur la carte non disponible . Ensuite, au menu unique proposé; il manquait un plat de l’entrée au dessert. Plats pas toujours chaud ! Manque de professionnalisme évident des serveurs et cuisiniers. Dommage pour un établissement de cette qualité.

Während unserer Rundreise durch die französischen Alpen haben wir 2 Nächte im Hotel La Roche verbracht. Das Hotel ist traumhaft schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Hotelbar ist sehr gemütlich und das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Nous avons tester le restaurant ...l'endroit est très beau et on s'y sent bien...personnel accueillant et service agréable...c'est un peu long ...pourtant seulement 2 tables occupées ...les produits sont de qualités mais aucune originalité, c'est sans surprise, classique et en ce qui concerne mon plat (parmentier de poisson) très fade ... dommage vu le cadre de ne pas trouver une cuisine + inventive et qui se démarque ...

Nous avons dîné ce soir à l'hôtel de la roche. Service agréable et souriant, amuse-bouche, plat et dessert excellents agrementés d'un bon vin, tout cela pour le même prix que les gargottes savoyardes avoisinantes où nous avons failli atterrir.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 2 jours dans cet hôtel. Une situation qui nous a permis de rayonner pour nous rendre, entre autres, au barrage de Roselend pour y faire de belles balade. Nous avons également testé l'espace bien-être qui est très agréable. Nous y retournerons certainement une prochaine fois pour d'autres aventures.
