Quiet clean and far away from the centre of Beaufort West. This was my second stay at Haus Holzapfel and if I should ever make this trip again will surely stop and spend the night here. I even got woken by a crowing cock at sunrise. Well rested and ready for the road.

The property was clean and has a perfectionist aspect towards it! The owner takes great pride in their guest house and it is evident from their layout of detail. I would highly recommend this guest house!

We booked and paid in full three months ahead of the time only to arrive and find out we were not staying where it was advertised but shifted 2km out of town to an apartment literally on the middle of nowhere. Yes it was clean but no garden and no pool - which is why we chose this B+B in the first place as we are travelling with children. No one mentioned this when they charged full price. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Very comfortable stay. Zadi was extremely friendly and helpful with the booking and when we arrived and everything just worked seamlessly. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities for an overnight stay. The pool was was a pleasant surprise and bonus in the heat of Beaufort.
