Be aware that this hotel is not in Vail, which was confusing because it shows up when searching for hotels in Vail. The location is in a different village which is so outdated and is about 20 min drive to the Village of Vail. The bathrooms at the pool were filthy, wet paper on the floor, No toilet paper and No staff members around. Had to ask the spa receptionist to fill up the drinking water at the gym. The employee at the reception desk offered us an “upgrade” to a better room with a better view for extra cost but the upgraded room had a queen bed instead of a king that was on the original booking and the “better” view included a roof. The restaurant was dirty, the spa is outdated and I had to wait for the receptionist who left the desk while I was standing in front of her to show the place to other guest. Definitely not worth the high price.

Quality Time in Beaver Creek Incredible, from start to finish. Upgraded to a comfy room overlooking the Plaza. The front desk staff and Hunter the valet were excellent at their jobs. Short walk to several high end restaurants and a great restaurant in the hotel. Nice little spa as well. I loved my stay overall and I would certainly return.

The beds were SO comfortable and we had the best massages of our lives! We loved our time at the fire pit and so enjoyed our stay!

Hands down the best place to stay when you’re in Beaver Creek! Great for the entire family! Super convenient for skiing, lots of dining options, and the staff were all super friendly.

For the price Inwouod have expected a little nicer room, but can't complain about all of the conveniences to skiing
