Katamare Hotel

Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. There are lots and lots and lots of restaurants and small eatery’s on the beach with activities. Very nice hotel would go again.

It was a very pleasant experience and stay. Kind staff, great breakfast (although no vegan options except salad) and slightly varying from day to day. Fitness room is a bit small but well equipped overall. To note that there are some construction sites around the hotel, although they weren't active at the time of my stay, good idea to ask beforehand,.could possibly influence the atmosphere.

A Truly Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! We stayed at Katamare Hotel and were absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The team went above and beyond by upgrading us to a luxurious apartment with a private pool – such an incredible surprise that made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding – always smiling, kind, and ready to assist with anything. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home. The food was another highlight – every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The view from our apartment was stunning – overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing moments. Although there were some construction sites in the background, we were impressed by how quiet and peaceful everything was. Not a single sound disrupted our stay! Huge compliments to the Katamare team – your professionalism and hospitality are truly admirable. We left with amazing memories and are already looking forward to coming back. If you’re visiting Budva, this hotel is a must! 🌟🌊👏

I was truly taken aback by the staff here. As we arrived after 9pm, staff rushed to help us with our luggage up the steps! Then we were greeted by DeJan and Milan at the front desk. They were so welcoming and engaging! I so appreciated their goodness to us after a very long day driving from Dhermi and getting lost trying to find our bus. Then... breakfast. And just wow! The buffet spread has all you need and more. But it was once again the staff we found wanting to serve with cheerful hearts. Elie and Nikola were always available with such lovely smiles. My husband would come down in the evening to get a glass of wine or a coffee from the bar and the kindness was there also. The front reception desk always willing to be so helpful. I can't name them because my husband would ask for the taxis or info and, unfortunately, he doesn't remember names. This hotel is very clean and there are free beach loungers and umbrellas down to the left of the hotel on Becici Beach with service for food and drink. There is also a promenade at the back of the hotel along the beach with tons of restaurants. Old Town Budva is about an 8 minute ride in taxi. Have the hotel call taxi for you so you don't pay ridiculous amount. Also, on way back to hotel, agree to price before you get in taxi. Hotel called taxi for our airport departure. We gave driver an additional 5 euros for his goodness and honesty and you wouldn't believe his gratitude. We loved it here. The hotel is beautiful and so are the Montenegrins.

Amazing place with super friendly stuff . Very elegant but no posh feeling . Food and drink extraordinary. Next to the beach with sun beds . Amazing pools . Beautifully decorated in all areas and exceptionally clean rooms . The view from terrace at the beach makes you want to come back here soon . No better hotel in the area and much better than crowded Budva .
