Nothing about the hotel is bad or a deal breaker. However, as someone who needs wheeled mobility assistance, it is not wheelchair friendly front desk to room.Not much by the way of services; breakfast is a ”brown bag” experience. Construction on street out front was easy to work around. Not terribly noisy; slept well. Room was clean and adequate.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains. The Christmas lights was an added bonus to the outside and inside. The inside is like a museum, with shops and restaurants. I loved the stair cases. Our view from our room was nice, it over looked the front of the hotel. We didn't get time to go to the pool but even the pool area was beautiful. The entire place was very clean from inside to outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
