A very average welcome, a lack of consideration for the vehicles that appear in their parking lot. The driver's side window was broken. A loss of consideration for the damage caused during the holidays which made us lose 4 days of vacation and canceled our reservations for visits and other leisure activities (an average value of 500 euros) plus the obligation to advance the repair costs of the vehicle.
For the cleaning part, he is irreproachable and helpful, very good work.

Faded glory. The first receptionist only spoke Portuguese and claimed that check in was from 4pm. Our confirmation stated that check in is from 14:00. She ended up giving us the room before after we threatened to call the booking agent.

Everything perfect, cleanliness, facilities and, above all, the hotel staff, a 10 for them. To put a but, the variety of the buffet could be more extensive. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Thanks for everything.

Average is not fair but very good would be over generous. The hotel is a little tired and could do with an update. Rooms are of a good size, clean & tidy. Bed very comfortable, could do with better pillows or some alternative choices. Shower & bathroom excellent. Food in the restaurant not so good and limited choice. Staff superb, understand what good customer service is all about. Overall better than average, would rate as good and good for the money.
