酒店位置很好，緊鄰槍械博物館。酒店前台服務專業，熱情，房間夠大，乾淨衞生。酒店早餐很棒。酒店有自己的停車場，方便自駕出行的朋友。5分好評。

衞生設施都很好，早餐也可以，就是房間在2樓電梯斜對面，凌晨6點開始就有很多人高聲喧嘩，還有人喊口號，一直吵到9點，好像是有人結婚！這個時候換房已經沒意義了，前台安排時避開這種情況就好了。

帶孩子從北京回東北老家，為了不給家裡人添麻煩，選擇住酒店。酒店的服務員，無論前台還是打掃衞生的人員，幾乎每個人都在抽空玩手機，雖然酒店裝修不錯，但是管理太差，前台值夜班人員服務更差，讓直接在酒店訂不讓走攜程，另外在攜程訂房本身房間就含3份早餐，入住時不給早餐券，去索要時服務員態度特別惡劣，非得讓提供三個人的身份證才給早餐券，大過年的就直接把早餐券丟在你的面前。這次入住體驗太差，以為小城市服務就這樣所以忍了，後面幾天果斷換了如家酒店，服務和房間檔次簡直天壤之別，價位還便宜一點點。

半年之內兩次繞東北、內蒙大環線旅遊，兩次路過北安都住在這裏，酒店配套設施完善，衞生乾淨整潔，後面有免費參觀的軍工博物館，房間很大，冬季供暖很足，電視很大很好看，自助早餐品種豐富，下次來還會住這裏

太熱太熱太熱，還不能開窗户透氣，我到的比較晚，大概2-3點，我一進去就表示不好意思打擾您睡覺了，但是這位女士態度還是很差，覺得我吵到她了，可是您是否知道你老闆請你上夜班不是讓你睡覺的，衹不過默認晚上沒啥事兒給您休息下，然後商量下下午2點退房堅決不肯，第二天中午打電話到前台。另外位女士非常爽快答應了，入住率又不是很高，何必跟客人糾結一個小時兩個小時呢？又沒有很過分

個人比較喜歡這種老派的正規酒店，空間設施足夠，服務管理規範，不屑去刻意討好客人要好評。後面餐廳的菜品也比較靠譜。小城本身也不錯，有種磊落耿直的工人氣質，少見商人的精明算計，就是正在修路，暫時略顯雜亂。
